跑步打卡-2024 summer season

坚持跑步1年多了(3/2023开始),是成年以来坚持最长的一次,希望可以一直坚持下去。
–每周两次,每次30-35分钟,多数是zone 4/zone 2间歇跑。偶尔zone 2 恒速。好像intermittent running对我更容易一些。适应了4 min fast/hard, 2 min easy的节奏,时间很快就过去了。
–冬天,天气不好,体力不太好的时候在家里跑步机上。这几个月,把incline调到3,跑得稍稍慢了一点。跑3-3.2 miles.
–春天来了以后就可以在外面跑了。从家里到对面的小区的森林公园跑一圈,刚好是5K。有好几个上下坡,不容易。
–记录一下今天的成绩,间歇跑,Runkeeper 记录的3rd fastest 5K, 31:49, 10:16 min/ml。体感还不错,不是特别累。
–现在学会用体感(Borg RPE-Rating Of Perceived Exertion scale)来跑间歇跑,就不用一直看心率了. Zone 4 是 17-18 ( very hard and very very hard),zone 2是14, between somewhat hard and hard. 
–周二/周六跑步,周日/周四撸铁,周六,周日爬山
–夏天的日子,尽量每天都在小区走走,时间多些的日子,就走到森林公园。走路的时候根据体力选择负重,20-30磅。习惯了负重步行,出门方便很多,背着包走很远也不觉得辛苦。
–Rucking是个不错的运动,可以和家人一起,不用花很长时间,走很远。运动量可以通过负重量调节。对预防骨质疏松有好处。
–运动对更年期症状调节有很多好处。增加运动量以来,我晚上的睡眠好了很多,感觉高强度的运动,不用很长时间,就增加deep sleep. 
–夏天的早上经常有小腿抽筋的问题。最近开始每天睡前吃一颗magnesium glycinate(120mg),似乎有用。我不缺钙和Vitd。吃了以后还没有再抽过,而且睡眠也好了一些。
