网友爆料：每户平均25万，单位越大分摊数额越高，顶层公寓好像分摊大概三十几万，我叔叔就住这，而且该价格只是更换外墙。他们住的那栋去年年底最冷的那几天把室内管道给冻爆了，现在内部还没维修完。
