俄罗斯入侵乌克兰至今已 10 个月，俄军为补充兵力，大量雇佣佣兵集团，最著名的就是“瓦格纳”佣兵集团。推特上近日则流传一段影片，有一整群的瓦格纳佣兵自愿向乌军投降。
推特帐号“@NOELreports”24 日贴出一段影片，可以看到画面中的运输车上，载满了投降俄军，全都弯着腰、低着头，不发一语。
NOELreports 指出，一整群的瓦格纳佣兵向乌东的乌克兰武装部队自愿投降，还说这种事情在这几天中越来越多。他也提到，俄军的高层安排这些人在很可怕的环境中战斗，许多人甚至连防护装备都没有。
NOELreports 今也贴出另一段影片，画面中一群俄罗斯士兵排成一排，被长官持棍棒猛力殴打数次，士兵则低头不敢讲话，画面非常暴力。
NOELreports 指出，这些俄军是因为放弃自己的阵地落荒而逃，才被长官拿棍棒殴打。他也直言，这就是俄罗斯士兵的待遇，这些人的心理有问题。
