CW Beam:     In the Right Ventricular Outflow Tract and Pulmonary Artery Normal Flow:     Systolic Abnormal Findings: Increased systolic flow velocity and spectral broadening due to a subpulmonic stenosis or to a ventricular septal defect. High velocity retrograde diastolic flow and spectral broadening due to pulmonic insufficiency.

CW Beam in the Right Vetricular Inflow Tract and Right Atrium

CW Beam:     In the Right Ventricular Inflow Tract and Right Atrium Normal Flow:     Primarily diastolic Abnormal Findings: Increased diastolic flow velocity and spectral broadening due to tricuspid stenosis. High velocity retrograde systolic flow and spectral broadening due to tricuspic insufficiency.
