Do you know that a person who has a BMI of 27.5 or above is obese?
My BMI is about 20.5. (Thank God!)
Okay, so BMI = Body Mass Index and you can calc it as:
- weight in kg / height-in-meter squared
- weight in lbs / height-in-inches squared * 703
Not to steal my own thunder, but I am thinking of making up my new year’s resolutions Bridget Jones’ style. And so far I have decided that my resolution for BMI will be 19.4. Hohoho~
