I recently heard Michael Ducker, Executive Vice President International, Express Freight Services, FedEx speak in a panel discussion.
Ducker shared some of what might be expected in the future for delivery services.
BTW, his talk came on the day after he met President Hu when Hu was in the US meeting with Bush.
Because of recently passed laws in China, FedEx, as does other delivery services, now have access to 2nd and 3rd tier cities in China.
