DPRK Says Future Nuclear Tests Depend on the U.S.

The Democratic People's Republic of China says it will consider U.S. policy toward them - financial sanctions and such - to determine whether or not they will conduct future nuke tests.

Whether or not the DPRK returns to the six-party talks is also dependent on U.S. policy
