Dear Respectful First Lady Mrs. Laura Bush ,

SUB: Requesting your kind assistance in expedite of I-485 application

I first came to USA in 1999. After many years of painful waiting, finally, we could file for Adjustment of Status (I485) on September 23, 2005, which is the last step of the USA permanent resident application. In the past several months, I called USCIS twice to inquire the status of my application. First time, I was asked to wait for 60 days, they said within 60 days, I would receive a letter from USCIS, telling me the status of my I-485. However, after 60 days, I got nothing from USCIS. Then I called USCIS again, I was told to wait another 45 days for a reply from USCIS. I am surprised and was disappointed, so far I still did not get any response from USCIS. During the waiting periods, I made two appointments through INFOPASS (November 2006, February 2007) to talk with local immigration officers. Each time, I was informed by an officer in local immigration office that my name check was clear, everything about me was fine, and I should get my I-485 approved and receive the Card now. Because in Nebraska Center, the cases of Employment based adjustment application (I-485) with receipt notice date of August 10, 2006 is currently processed. I ted my application for I-485 on September 23, 2005. They also said they could not find any reason why USCIS did not approve my application. They suggest that I should write letter to USCIS or others to get help. I am sending this note requesting your kind assistance in resolving my pending adjustment of status with USCIS.

My humble request to you is to please review my case and please expedite USCIS processing my Case.

Please contact me at XXXXX(Phone Number) or via email, if further information is required.
