My new boss made an announcement. I am a chair for my technical field. I need to communicate with the other design teams, contact the other departments, moderate the team meeting, list agenda, read minutes and collect ARs. And control release and write release notes and etc. I can not remember all of my ARs for the chair and need to get the list of them from my boss.

It is a real challenge to me, but I felt ok. I really need to arrange my schedule very well and use my time effectively, otherwise I would not fulfill my job.
