中秋晚宴:翠花排骨 炝黄瓜 翡翠豆腐 外加烤鸭 玛格丽特小饼

       翠花排骨


经典翠花排骨人人都会做,我做了两种,一种脆的,一种软的。                                                                                                                                                                         翡翠豆腐                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          材料:     豆腐一块 西红柿2个 肉末少许 鸡蛋2个 葱 姜 盐 鸡精 酱油 糖                                                                                                                                          做法:  1 将肉末用酱油 糖稍淹一会儿。西红柿切丁, 豆腐切小方块,葱 姜切末备用2 烧锅倒少许油,放肉末炒至稍变色 再放西红柿炒一会儿,放少许盐,盛出备用 3 另起锅倒油,葱姜末 豆腐稍炒一会儿放一点点水,倒了肉末西红柿,放盐煮3-4分钟,放鸡精放少许淀粉,把鸡蛋液浇在上面 起锅了葱花(注:鸡蛋液里放少许盐)                                     再近看看,是不是很诱人。老少皆宜                                      来张全景,外加老公的威士忌酒                                                                                                                    烤鸭
