About Female programmer salary

Congratulations to everyone who find the job recently!

I looked through the offers, except one got 75K, rest of you got 60-65K.

I feel confused. The goverment reported the new gradute CS master got 70K in 2007.Why the experience people got the salary lower than new grads? Is that meaning we have a bad CS job market right now? OR the company always pay lower salary for women even though we did the good job as man.

I had six years experice on IT, I only got 72K. But one thing I like my job, I am working from home every day(remote telecommuter).I am not sure whether I should change the job for higher salary.
