in toronto, most mobiles are 绑定用户, and its not easy to find places to unlock the mobile. no wonder people send it back, the only one not being returned maybe be thrown into the rubbish bin.
in australia, its illegal to use someone else's mobile even if you pick it up from the ground. its not worth to take the chance.
i have lived in these two places for long so i can say that. also being a person who have been to a lot of places listed above, canadians and swedes are among the coldes people like its weather, koreans are the roughest people you can image in the world, and french and austrlaian being "最诚实？", god will laugh at them.
