烤鸡晚餐:


用花椒, 和 Moroccan rub (Coriander seeds, chili pepper, black pepper, coarse sea salt), 炒过, 碾碎, 里里外外抹在鸡上, 进Ziploc bag, 冰箱里过夜.

第二天取出, 洗净, 擦干, 再里外撒上黑胡椒, 盐, 挤上柠檬汁, 肚里塞进切半的柠檬, rosemary, sage, 绑好腿, 胸脯朝上, 放烤盘, 烤盘底里倒入半瓶啤酒, 进375F烤箱, 放在最低层烤架上, 烤1.0 小时, 中间, 用另一半啤酒混一点桔子水(罐头里的), 去刷鸡表面,烤盘里再加一点水,保持底部不干.

取出鸡后, 让它醒15分种, 再切开.

烤盘里剩的汁, 放在炉上, 加用剩的啤酒, 桔子汁烧开勾欠, 作gravy.

配搭菜:

红薯, 土豆, 胡萝卜, 切小块, 拌橄榄油, 盐, 胡椒, 撒rosemary, sage, 进425F 烤箱烤25-30分钟.

沙拉:

生菜, 罐头桔子, 炒松子, dry cranberry, parmesan cheese,

Salad dressing: lemon juice, olive oil and some juice from the can of orange, salt & pepper.
