今天第一次浏览LandAuction的地，发现这个我知道的

因为是在旧金山拍卖，文件还没有还没看完，看到这个：

在BROOKTRAILS这一带，都是山，一般地皮至少是四分之一英亩（10000square feet）以上，才卖一万美元上下，有的半英亩也就6000美元而已。这个拍卖的地皮，不算大，可以说是我看到过的最小的。还有一个也在我知道的地方，可见去拍卖的地皮有的实在是不值钱。

补充：后来又看到好多在BROOKTRAILS的地皮在拍卖，没准儿拍卖下来的价钱比正常List的价还高：）

这些地方交通不是很方便，适合隐居。
