日式牛肉饭 晚餐 - 给大妈猪交作业


喜欢这样一锅饭的伙食, 夏天人也懒, 这道菜正好适合我几天的口味, 无油烟的烧煮, 材料简单, 做法也方便, 味道是相当的好吃, 儿子说比太阁的beef bowl 好吃.

我用了flank steak (中文不知该叫啥), 逆纹切薄片, 我家人多, 就煮了一大锅,

我用的材料:

牛肉, 甜洋葱, 咪淋, 柴鱼精粉, 淡色酱油, 糖, 白胡椒, 一点青葱段, 糖醋嫩姜丝,

把洋葱和调味料放锅里一起煮软, 加牛肉片, 煮断生, 就好了.

盖在胚芽米饭上, 好吃,

看, 一人一个大碗, 我家粗, 不象大妈那么讲究, 大家就包容一下吧,

还做了个日式煎蛋卷-

材料:

6 个蛋, 1 TB 糖, 1 TB mirin, 1 tsp dashi stock powder, ¼ c water, 1 TB light soy sauce.

再来个豆花汤-

上次做了很多豆花, 变花样吃它,

放了 柴鱼粉, 葱花, 榨菜末, 虾皮, 番茄,
