《土豆烧牛肉》



很多网友怀疑我家不煮家常菜,呵!谁家不吃家常菜?我当然也煮家常菜只是很少发上来而己,版面上个个都家常那真是没有什么看头,把家常再加上一点不家常才能吸引不冈的网友对么?无论什么菜只要悄加心思也可以变为不家常,土豆烧牛肉!这一道菜够家常了吧?这一道东北家常我悄作改变,去了花椒而加了蚝油更适合我的口味,再多放几个干辣椒,又香又悄有辣味,这就是我喜欢的家常.

材料:牛肉一大块,土豆十个,八角两颗,蒜四颗,姜四片,葱花,蚝油三大匙,高汤三碗,料酒两大匙,麻油一小匙,盐,糖与味精各少许.

制作:土豆削皮洗净切成半浸水备用,把牛肉洗净切大块过水备用.热油锅爆香蒜头,八角,姜与干辣椒再放牛肉入锅大火爆炒,加蚝油再炒,赞料酒再炒片刻即加高汤,烧沸后捞去泡沫,再转小火炖至成熟烂时,即可放入土豆,待牛肉和土豆熟烂与肉汁微稠时,放盐,糖与味精调味再滴麻油即可装盘再洒些葱花即可出菜.
