1. Advisement: Craigslist, roommates.com, newspaper, open house. Target different clients.

2. The Application form online: by call, getting full name, SSN, date of birth, current address (for credit report); employment info (position, salary, supervisor with phone number); previous renting history( phone number); telling open house date and time and $20-35 for the application fee.

3. Open house: asking job, family, lifestyle, pets.

4. Screen: checking credit score from the bureaus (Experian...), calling employment supervisor (history, income, continously), landlords (payment history), inspecting current residence.

5. Lease agreement: price, term, secured deposit, pet deposit, other details.
