咸鱼蒸猪肉家家会做,但这一款家常小菜我換了个烹法,却变成另一种不冈脓香味美的风味小菜,对喜欢香口的朋友一定有无比的诱惑力,近来酒是喝多了,也吃了油腻些,来锅明火白粥,再弄个咸鱼"煎"肉饼配搭,再加几种不冈的家常小菜来换换口味,也是人生的另一种平凡享受.
材料:咸鱼两块,猪肉块半,蒜大半颗,葱两条,生粉,糖, 胡椒粉.
制作:先慢火熬好明火白粥一锅.再将咸鱼切成小碎块,猪肉也用手垛成猪肉碎粒(小小粒但不要太碎口感好),再用生粉稍拌,加蒜蓉,小葱粒,糖,胡椒粉一起用手拌匀再搓成一个个扁型小饼,再用小火耐性慢慢地的煎熟至透着微焦香即可装盘出菜!
