You are very lucky. "箍圈把裂牙箍紧" is a routine procedure for cracks limited to the crown. However, the tooth won't be restorable if the crack is down into the root. In this case, the tooth needs to be taken out and then the options are normally: implant/crown, bridge, removable partial denture, and nothing.
