周日家常菜6: Teriyaki二面黄, 蘑菇三文鱼, 小椒牛

我们家最喜欢的是素麻婆豆腐,一点点儿辣老二也喜欢。听朋友说CostcoTeriyaki酱很不错, 我也拎了一罐回来。 做过Teriyaki鸡, 味道的确好。 想着老大不吃肉, 就变变花样做个Teriyaki二面黄, 老大好喜欢。这个菜其实就是家常豆腐, 在我们老家叫二面黄。一小盒老豆腐切厚片, 沥干水后用橄榄油煎得黄黄的, 下三大勺Teriyaki酱和葱节, 翻匀收干水汽就成了。Teriyaki酱本身有咸味不用再放盐。

去台湾小馆吃饭总是要点小椒牛, 牛肉嫩嫩的辣辣的, 透着小椒的清香, 下饭惨了!上好牛肉切丝, 淀粉酱油抓匀。 小牛角青椒切丝, 锅中一小勺油一小撮盐下青椒炒蔫盛出。锅中四大勺油烧热, 一小撮花椒爆香, 下牛肉翻炒, 牛肉八分熟时下青椒, 翻匀起锅装盘。

橄榄油的确是不能高温的,一不健康,二味道不好。如果是高温炒菜,还是用其他油较好。橄榄油就是做salad比较好

真的???!!! 我用橄榄油炒菜了好多年了.橄榄油不是也分做色拉,煎炒用的吗? 而且我用的菜谱(比如意大利菜谱)煎炒用的都是橄榄油啊.

Lotusbaby说到点子上了。我常在私房看到有人用橄榄油炒菜,毛毛妈就是一个。我看了那个急啊。我老公是希腊人,家里用橄榄油像用水。我偶尔用橄榄油炒个菜,他都跟我说橄榄油受高热很不健康。我每次都偷懒没有发言,以后要注意,信息要分享。

I don't eat meat either, I love the Teriyaki Tofu. But I want to make a comment: please do not fry anything or stir fry anything with olive oil. Although it is one of the healthy oil, it is only good in cold temperature. In high heat, olive oil releases cancer-inducing substances. Use sunflower oil or Canola oil instead for cooking food in high heat.
