我一直有个疑问。485pending的在美国读书的高中生算国际学生。国际学生与美国学生的录取比例不一样。比如，if MIT 招收15% 的domestic students and 5% intl student.那么一个485pending的国际学生，在domestic students 这个pool 里， 可能排不到前15%，因为竞争特厉害。而他/她也许在intl students这个pool里， 可能排到5%。

这种可能性大吗？ 如果可能性大有的话，那么作为国际学生申请常青腾大学也许更有利？
