交作业--简易箩卜糕

多谢私房上过箩卜糕做法的TXM.



我终于也学会了, 真是受益不浅, 还解了馋. 为了减肥大业, 还稍加修改了菜谱.





Ingredients:

1. 箩卜 (1.5 - 2 lbs, shredded)

2. 干磨姑若干

3. Ham 适量(本来应该用虾米, 怕小朋友过敏; 本来也应该用香肠或者bacon, 为减肥, 改lean ham)


4. 粘米粉(半袋)

5. 生粉两匙

6. 糊椒粉 1/2 teaspon

7. 盐 1 teaspoon

8. 糖 1 teaspoon


Simple process:

a. 热锅放油炒香 #2, #3

b. 加罗卜煮至透明, add #6,7,8 for taste

c. Mix #4, #5 with 400ml water, 搅拌均匀

d. 关火, mix b, c


e. 把d倒入8x8 baking pan

f. 大火蒸50-60分钟.

once done, cool it, slice it, 煎至金黄
