4. Inside. Cameras are not allowed. However, it appears that what

this means is DSLRs are not allowed, because I saw a lot of people

taking flash photos both in the lobby and during the concert. So small

cameras are apparently allowed. Cellphones are allowed. In fact, you

must take your cellphone with you into the concert hall (do not worry

about phone rings, there is no signal in the concert hall).
