新手做蛋挞

很多朋友问我要蛋挞的方子, 那就献丑啦. 皮是毛毛妈的酥皮方子(再谢毛毛妈), 我第一次做, 有点厚了. 这个想省点事可以用pie crust代替.



filling如下(以下份量做16个):



3 eggs

1 3/4 cups milks

1 tsp Valina extract

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp corn starch


(就这么简单)

375F degree, 30-40 minutes or until the egg filling is firm.
