故事梗概：　　

　　清末，马贼绑架了清朝副都统的女儿陆璎，年轻的土匪陈九将其救出，两人成亲。在好友孙殿臣和沈中和的帮助下，陈九在哈尔滨开办了“宏发祥货栈”，并逐 渐成为哈尔滨的皮货老大，因此招致日本商人庄本的嫉妒。庄本欲搞垮陈九，费尽心机。战争爆发，日本占领东北，庄本使用各种手段，使得“宏发祥”的生意日益 艰难。这时，陈九得到一批羊皮，但庄本奉日本关东军之命，要用这批羊皮制作军服，为了不让羊皮落入庄本手中，陈九毅然决定将羊皮全部送给抗日的马贼。最 终，庄本的计划落空，被关东军收押带回日本审讯；陈九的儿子即将诞生，陈九高兴不已，重获希望......
