Niu niu can stand up and walk a few steps

Niu Niu stood up AND walked a few steps by herself last yesterday.  She was only able to do them seperately before.  Next week she would be go to daycare full time.  She is much more like a toddler now and not just a baby.  She expresses her need more clear and starts to defend herself in the "toy fights" with older sister. 

While Niu Niu is more and more mobile she starts to get Claire's toys more often while Claire is playing.  Yesterday, Claire asked daddy to watch Niu Niu while she was building her block castle in the family room.  Claire knows she can not hit or push away Niu niu because we encourage her to only use language not action to express herself.  So she has to ask daddy to 'closely monitor" Niu Niu while working on the tall tower she is building.
