简易,方便的Asiago Chicken Orzo (老外餐贵的原因)
对想要减肥的人来说,这是比较简单和健康的做法。特别那个碗很好看。有时候,食物固然重要,但是摆设和装饰,甚至服务在一间餐馆,也同样重要。这就是为什么老外的餐馆的美食其实比不上我们中国的,但比我们贵很多的原因。

Ingredients

* 1 cup water
* 1 can fat-free - less-sodium chicken broth
* 12 ounces skinned - boned chicken breast - bite-size pieces
* 1 1/4 cups uncooked orzo - rice-shaped pasta
* 1 cup frozen green peas - thawed
* 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese - divided
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, basil or oregano
* 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken stock or broth into a pot, Bring it to a boil,
then put in chicken breast, 1 1/4 cups uncooked orzo (rice-shaped pasta),
bring it to a simmer.

Step 2
Lower the heat to med-low.
Add in 1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, basil, or oregano,
1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
Simmer, stirring for 12 minutes.
Step 3
By the end of 12 minutes, the pasta is tender.
Turn off the heat. Dump in 1 cup frozen green peas, 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese.
Mix well.

Step 4
To serve, put them into a nice bowl, spread a little bit of grated Asiago cheese.
