辣蒸全鱼:该店用的是立鱼,我今天用的是红鱼,辣豆瓣酱少许,大蒜、姜、葱、腊八豆少许、酱油…鱼洗净先鱼身上抹上辣豆瓣酱、再依次放上腊八豆、蒜末、姜末、酱油与水2;1,上笼蒸12分钟即可,吃对淋上葱花油。
