这是一个易学 , 好记的 日式糯米团 （Mochi）的 做法 . 奥秘就在 123 上 .

123 Mochi 是我的口诀，看完保证不忘 .

123 就是 :

  • 一杯糖
  • 二杯水
  • 三杯糯米粉

做法 :

  • 1. 将 123 混合 , 拌匀 .
  • 2. 微波炉 10 分钟 （ 记住123口诀 - 1分钟后拿出搅拌， 再2分钟后拿出搅拌， 再3分钟后拿出搅拌。。。 再继续转满10分钟 ）
  • 3. 取出 , 稍凉
  • 4. 取一小团 , 放入熟豆沙 , 包上 ( 就像包汤圆一样 )
  • 5. 滚上黄豆粉 . 完成！

味道跟日本店买的一样好吃。
