短评:今天(7月7日星期四)的利率和昨天相比又全面上涨!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定涨至4.75%,15年固定涨至3.875%,5/1 ARM涨至3.25%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.5%,15年固定仍为3.75%,5/1 ARM略涨为2.875%。
