周末饺子筵

       “火车不是推的，牛皮不是吹的。”在檀岛，你若是想吃最正宗的北方水饺，就只能屈尊来找在下了。

        据广大群众反映，吃过了我做的饺子，任何餐馆的饺子都会变得味如嚼蜡、无法下咽。

        我这个周末一共做了三种馅儿的饺子：猪肉白菜水饺；猪肉茴香和猪肉韭菜锅贴。饺子皮用韩国的面粉，以牛奶和面、擀皮。

        除了饺子以外，还做了酸辣汤，汽锅鸡。凉拌菜是朋友带来的。
