This afternoon Jane,Jonas and me firstly we went to Jojo's house, she was going to bring us to attend a Amway cookware cooking demo show at Mei's house.

 

We chated for a while in Jojo's place,we talked about Amway's products,Amway has excellent products covering everything from daily living to personal health care,hygine care,house hold cleaning products,from kitchen to bathroom,from skin care to make up products,you can find everything that you need for everyday living,from air purifier to water filter,from cookware to knives and cutting board.

 

I was amazed by so many products that Amway produces. Jojo showed us the all purpose cleaning liquid and the dish soap.They not only work excellently for cleaning but also good for the skin and the environment.

 

About 1pm,we went to Mei's house. Already there were a few people gathering there.In the living room,there was a big long table with three individual stoves on it,and on the stoves are Amway's cookwares. In front of the long table,there was another smaller table with all kinds of uncooked food,eg.salmon fish,clam,tofu,Gaoli veggie,Boichoi, marinated pork meat,sticky rice,chicken,pork's belly meat etc on top.

 

We sat in front of the table,the cooking demo(class) started,Mei's hubby Mr.wang demostrated how to use Amway's wonderful whole set of cookwares to cook delicious ,nutritious ,healthy food using very simple cooking way without flying,too much oil and salt in a short period of time.

 

First he introduced that Amway's cookware's special material can lock the food's nutrition inside the food,using low temperature,high efficiency heat transfer cooking way.And the cookware itself can become a stove itself if needed.

 

First,he put the pork's belly meat in the big pot like a steamer, he put the tofu,and chicken the same time,covered them with water then put the cover(lid) on.  Then he turned on the fire,put in small fire,he told us the food will be cooked in 50 minutes.Then he put sweet potatoes on a foil on top of the steamer divider,it can also be cooked when the other food are done in 50 minutes.He covered the sweet potoes.This was the first stove.

 

On the second stove ,he put on a fly pan,without oil or anything else,he put the already marinated with Char Siu sauce pork shoulder meat inside the pan,put on a small fire,covered the fly pan. He explained the meat would first give out some water,then absorb water again,finally would become tender,juicy and well cooked with good dark brown color and ready to serve.

 

While the second stove was cooking the Char Siu meat-a famous Cantonese dish,he prepard the third stove,he put on the fire under another deep fly pan with the sticky rice covered with water.When the lid started to turn around with steam coming out. He turned off the fire. Remove the whole pan with lid on to put on top of the big steamer's top flat lid on the first stove-now the lid became a stove itself.It was so amazed that using the same cookware,you can cook so many dishes at the same time,it is called multiple layers cooking.

 

While the first and second stoves were cooking food. Mr.Wang put on a none sticky fly pan on the empty third stove,without any oil or seasoning spices,he put on two fresh salmon steaks inside the pan,turned on a small fire then covered it with the lid. While the salmon steaks were cooking, he then turned the Char Siu meat over another side on the second stove,then covered it,allowed it continued to cook.

 

After a while,he turned over the salmon steaks,covered it. When the steam escaped from the lid, the fish was well cooked. We tried the first dish-original favor salmon steak just dipping the soy sauce and it was so delicious,juicy and tender. Mr.wang then put some ketchup sauce on the second cooked salmon steak to make tomato sauce salmon steak,we tasted it as well,it was also very delicious with the ketchup sauce.All the fish were gone within a few minutes,everybody loved them.

 

Then the Char Siu meat was ready to serve,we tried it as well, wow,dilicious.And it was so easy to cook. So simple and we tasted the meat with the moisture and original favor.

 

Then it was turn for some veggie. Mr.wang used another deep fly pan,only sprinkled a little bit olive oil in the pan,then he put the Gaoli Boicoi in the pan,put some salt on the top,then covered it. Very soon, the veggies was cooked,the color maintained green.Mr.wang then took out the top leaf of the veggie still had the salt on it and threw away.He served this dish. Wow,unexpectedly it was so delicious.First time, I saw cooking the veggie in this way,little oil,covered,and maintained green color and delicious.Why,because the Amway cookware locks all the orginal favor and nutrition inside the food itself,so even in a simple cooking way, all the food's original favor was brought out and tasted well. And most important,all the nuitution was well kelp.

 

Now Mr.Wang was cooking the clam,the same,he didn't use oil,salt,just put the clam in the deep fly pan,put on small fire,covered it. Very soon, you could hear the pupu sound that the clams were opening the shells under the heat,then when the steam made the lid turned. It was cooked.We tried the original favor clam,it was juicy and delicious with the sea favor.

 

The 50 minutes was over, all the food in the big steamer were cooked. First we tried the sticky rice,it was well cooked with a oily color on top.Mr.want put some brown sugar and mixed with the rice,it could be served as a dessert. He put some chopped Dried Drogon Eye Fruit and mixed with the rice together to make it nicer.I loved this sweet sticky rice.

 

Then we tried the steamed sweet pototoes.Very sweet and delicious.

 

And the belly meat,tofu and the chicken were taken out from the pot, now only the clear soup left in the pot(steamer),we ate the tofu dipped with soy sauce,it was wonderful.For the meat,and chicken,Mr.Wang cut them into small pieces and sprinkled the already made garlic,ginger,chili pepper with vinegar sauce then served.I loved them as well.Everybody enjoyed them very much.

 

The last but not the least dish was the soup,I thought it was the most delicious one.Mr.wang put some Boicoi veggie,tofu cut into small pieces and the Erime mushroom. Wow,the clear but with all the favor(chicken,pork meat,tofu,veggie etc) soup. Very soon, we finished all of it.

 

It was a wonderful demo cooking show,I enjoyed it and loved all the dishes using Amway's cookware.The cookware was amazing.Thanks for Mr.wang's demo and I learned a lot about how to cook food well at the same time maintained the original favor and nutrition.
