下载电影,与在线看电影,是否有区别?在目前被起诉的人群里,有在线看的吗?

是色大导致胆小,还是胆小决定色大,这是一个永恒的问题...

一般来讲,不成文的规定是,只要你不上传与众多人分享有版权的数据资料(比如电影视频文件),被抓的概率很小。但如果被抓了,“没与众多人分享”并不是可以开脱的合法辩护。因此,大家对从网上下载电影都小心翼翼的。

不过我发现一个有趣的现象,只要一说是在线看,大家立刻就感觉安全了许多。我猜测大家的想法是,我没存盘,不关我事。

但从抓的人的角度来看,是不是都有数据下载到某一个IP地址了?他们是否看得出你是存盘了还是没存?存盘了还是没存盘,区别真那么大吗?哪位大拿给扫扫盲?
