Amway's nutritious breakfast at Jojo's place Dec.11,2011

This morning, we went to JOjo's place. She showed us how to make nutritious breakfast using fresh fruits and Amway's health supplements.

 

We human being need 7 elements to keep healthy,they are water,minerals,vitamins,fiber,fat,(the other two I forgot).And need to eat different color's food.For example, red color is good for your heart, green color is good for your liver,etc.A healthy,nutritious breakfast shall include all these elements and colors.

 

First, Jojo put some blueberries, a very strong antioxidant(frozen ones or fresh ones will do), then a banana(very good source of patassium),an apple cut into smaller pieces(source of fiber and nutrient),a few walnut(good for your brain),or if you want,you can put some peanuts or almond, and two table spoons of black sesame seed(good for your kidney)),then she put two table spoons of Amway's protein powder(from Soy and milk,not from meat), 4 tablets of Amway's Nutrilite chewable E which provides lecithin,that can help our body absorb vitamin E, a few table spoons of yogurt that can provide good bacteria to help digest, lastly, she added some water,then blended everything into a milkshake.

 

Everyone tried this specail,nutritious milkshake, it was so delicious and easy to make. Jojo said if you can have this milkshake for three months, you will see the difference.You will become slim,healthy,more energy,younger and good looking.Your skin will be brighter.

 

Indeed it is a very healthy breakfast. I think I will try myself.
