                                                                    美国森林野生木耳炖汽锅鸡      

     好一场暖冬!刚进三月就来春雨,生气勃勃啊。扬柳也抽条了,森林里的木耳也疯长了。记得1970年代初,我在云南山区工作,进山打猎时常捎带回菌子,木耳等副产品。美国森林里鹿兔成群,湖上野雁(wild geese)密密麻麻的,就是不让打呀,可惜了。采点木耳不犯法吧?瞧这木耳多惹人:
 

     
      采回家来洗干净。斩好嫩鸡块,拌上盐巴和咱的木耳片(千万别加水),装进云南省建水特产----汽锅:
 
 

  置在注8分满水的铁锅上,开full火40分钟:
 
  

     熟了!
 

  
     拌一碟酱油加老干妈辣酱:
 
  

    Hmmmmmmm, Yummy yummy!!!

Wa, it has been a long time! I forgot that I even left message to you! I work for pharma in RD department, but have always been interested in MD and the related experience (research as well as the clinical). I spent hours in reading posts in your webpage tonight. My husband was born in Chu Xiong.
