前段时间网络出了点问题,打电话去公司,反反复复搞了近一星期,如今终于又可上网了,想想真可笑,如今的生活缺少了网络好象烹饪少了盐,感觉真的不一样,呵呵,好了废话少说,上几个前几天做的家常小菜,但愿您也喜欢

猪舌二根、猪耳二扇,分别洗净,猪舌过水烫煮10分钟,刮除白膜,入老卤中卤煮45分钟,离火再焖30分钟

趁热捞出,将猪舌改刀,去除舌根包入猪耳中,成圆柱型待凉

刺参水发4天,发制时禁油、盐

将木瓜一切为二,去除内籽,放入发好的海参,加了少许高汤、盐上笼蒸20分钟,[我没加其余调料]
