周末送大家一款玉米面甜菜饼

tonight I cooked some special beetroot corncakes.
 
 I chopped up some beetroot leaves with black pepper ,salt & a little sezeme oil and a few garlic chives  with some yellow corn flour and a little plain flour, added a lttle yeast, left to rise for half hour before adding the beetroot leavesand then fried them. They were very tasty
you can try to make some if you want. They are very healthy
