买了一把茴香,做茴香鸡只需要一点点,剩下的咋办呢?包饺子太麻烦,烙饼吧!
肉馅就按自己家喜欢的拌好,面是混合面~~~玉米面,黄豆面,薏仁米面等等:

玉米面粘性不好,水要加得软硬适中才好捏拢成形。我也没量面水的比例,如果怕掌握不好,可加些面粉。包好轻轻压扁,平地锅中火,加点水,盖上盖子焖到水干再翻面:

如果饼做得比较厚,可再加点水焖几分钟,两面金黄就可以出锅了:

还有韭菜,那就山寨烀饼吧~~~玉米面和的像湿润的沙粒就行了,平底锅不用油,把粉铺匀,再把调好的韭菜鸡蛋倒上去:

开小火慢慢烘烤,翻过来底面脆脆的就好了:

最近流行做发糕,想想俺也好些年没做了,今天做中饭前就先把糕粉调好发酵:

大概量了一下材料~~~上面做玉米饼的混合粉一杯,面粉一杯;Yeast两茶匙,Baking Powder一茶匙,糖两汤匙;水一杯多一点点,调到上面那样的浓稠度。
然后烤盘涂点油,倒入粉浆发酵:

本来想一小时后上笼蒸的。结果吃完饭给忘了,准备去上太极课才想起来~~~蒸是来不及了,等下课回来又怕发过了,会太酸。想起这几天看见的微波炉版,就塞进炉子换衣服去了。五分钟之后:

我不爱喝牛奶,家里也没有。下次考虑加椰奶之类。
有朋友说微波炉效果不佳,或许是容器的问题?建议使用比较扁平的容器,这样受热比较均匀。如果怕水分失散太快,可以略微盖一些,记得别盖死,留点缝隙。

这些粮食类的饼子,在减肥之前我都尽量避免的~~~偶尔吃一点,还有负罪感。现在不同了,只要在热量预算范围之内,什么都能吃。更重要的是,吃得很享受!就像英文形容的:Enjoy every single bite of my meal:)
以前不敢吃的还有鸡蛋。现在也常在早餐里出现了~~~看了《顶级厨师》,也来学煮流黄的白煮蛋:

一个蛋,这么多水,冷水下锅。大约10分钟开锅,然后熄火,盖着盖子焖3-4分钟(各家炉子火力不一样,需要自己摸索哈:):
