We are dying since we were born because parts of body are constantly refreshed yet the growing out paced the dying when we are young Yes aging is the reverse aging is also the accumulative damages one gets to pay to grow up Some experiments on less sleeping mice show that it is detrimental to brain cells some 25% die and the damage is permanent But who measures actively using those brain cells in the extra longer sleepless hours would do to the brain That would have to wait until human tests Yet passively sleepless hours probably won't help too much Either type we are dying eventually Our choice of life style (if one could choose) our no-choice genes we inherited and our out-of-choice environmental pollution would decide our longevity or medical miracle as researchers are hoping to achieve
