There is actually no person in consciousness, likewise, there is actually no world in consciousness.
Yet, consciousness can fool you, it APPEARS to have manifested a person with a body and a brain that can think, which you regard as "I". It APPEARS to have manifested a complicated Universe corresponding to that "I", which you desire to improve. But this is just a play of consciousness. Neither the "I" nor the Universe is a reality. Consciousness is actually NOTHING but APPEARS to be everything. Don't be fooled by the APPEARANCES.
Who am I really? I am nothing in reality, i.e., I am not a thing. You can complement me by calling me "no-body", that's correct, I am not a body either.
Temporarily, you can say that I am consciousness alone. That's a good enough approximation. But in reality, I am beyond consciousness because consciousness doesn't have independent existence either.
What am I then? I am pure awareness. Is pure awareness equal to consciousness? There is a subtle difference. Consciousness can come and go, for example, when you are in deep sleep, there is no consciousness. When you wake up in the morning, consciousness arises. But throughout wake-sleep-dream-wake cycle, there is one constant thread linking them all, that is pure awareness.
For beginner in spirituality, it's enough to think of yourself as consciousness alone. Once you establish that knowledge, it's already a giant step forward in spirituality. If you can live this understanding, you will not worry about gain or loss, win or lose, right or wrong because as consciousness alone, you lose the "me" identification, you are in constant bliss.
As you stay in that bliss, you will soon find out that you are more than consciousness because you are still there consciousness is not there!
Now, the mystery gets infinitely intriguing! You are the ONLY INDEPENDENT EXISTENCE! but you can't see yourself, just like your eye can't see itself but can see everything else. Who are you or Who am I really? It can never be spoken. But you are that eternally.

Yes, consciousness is no-self, no-body, no-balls, no-nothing.
I am that.

I translated Indian saint's Nisargadatta Gita into Chinese. This gita is one of the best meditation guide I can ever recommend. If you are interested, please shoot me an email at landis.jim@gmail.com. I will forward that to you for free.
If you follow these lines in the Gita, you are very likely to get enlightened.

Yes, Bhagavard Gita is a good one. You might also read Ashtavakra Gita, it's even older than Bhagavard Gita, written by some unknown master about 5000 years ago. It's probably simpler to read for some people. Here is the link:

Your question is only valid under the assumption that 'miat42' is an independent entity that really exists. But there is no reality in miat42 as an entity. miat42 doesn't really exist although it appears to exist as an image or an impression.
Whatever written by that so called 'miat42' is from consciousness only. There is nothing to terminate; There is nothing to fulfill. There is no myself. Therefore, if you really understand that "everything" is really NOTHING but consciousness alone, you would not ask this kind of question.
Please ponder this, :-)
