其实,英文菜单远没有你想得那般难懂,今天,在路上短短三分钟教你看懂外文菜单,咱们绝不做饿死鬼!实在不行你就打印收藏吧!

第一章:食材篇海鲜类食材TOP 5

牛排熟度分类



Rare (一分熟):牛排内部为血红色

Medium Rare (三分熟):切开后,上下两侧呈熟肉的棕色,向中心处转为粉色,再然后中心为鲜肉色,伴随刀切有血渗出。

Medium:(五分熟):牛排内部为区域粉红可见且夹杂着熟肉的浅灰和综褐色,整个牛排温度口感均衡。

Medium Well (七分熟):牛排内部主要为浅灰综褐色,夹杂着少量粉红色,质感偏厚重。

Well Done (全熟):牛排通体为熟肉褐色,牛肉整体已经烹熟,口感厚重。

意大利面分类



Pasta:意大利面的统称Spaghtii:实心的细长面条Macaroni:意大利空心面

Lasagne:千层面
