Chinese style ribs

Have not cooked Chinese style ribs for a while. Went to Dr. J's Christmas party last week, he cooked some ribs using smoker (smoked 5 hours using hickory wood). He asked me about the difference between Chinese style ribs and his ribs, he also told me he likes the ribs from PF Chang. I promised him I will cook him some Chinese style ribs.

I found this recipe long time ago, forgot where, but it is really good. I always like to use oven to cook the ribs, not a barbecue fan. This is the recipe:

¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup orange juice
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
3 lb spareribs

Marinate overnight, then bake at 350 F, 2hrs covered, 30 mins uncovered.

I tried a few bites right after cooking, it tastes really good, unfortunately I also broke my metal braces, need to call dentist tomorrow and get yelled at. Not suppose to eat hard food.

Cooked two pots of soup for me and blended them so I do not have to chew, chicken veggies soup and butternut squash with potato and carrots soup. So good. Normally I do not like carrots, when it is blended with potato and butternut squash, I even can not tell.
