Abstracts: Based on the electronic energy state of hydrogen atom, a natural mechanism is proposed that the all things exist in ionocovalency, the harmony of the ionic energy with the covalent environment. The Ionic energy are the intention, the possessive and the expressive instinct originated from the ionization of the nuclear charge Z*. The covalent environment is the boundary condition where the kinetic-potential energy conversion and conservation take place and result in the Bohr radii. The mechanism is derived from the microscopic deduction of experiments and mathematics, but also correlated to the macroscopic induction of the universal observations. The ionocovalent theory also can be called energy-environment theory.
