SUMMARY:今天(05月11日星期三)开盘时的房贷利率价格和昨日相比稍好。目前重新贷
款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率维持在3.500%,15年固定维持为2.750%,5/1 ARM
稳定在2.875%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率维持为3.500%,15年固定稳定在2.
750%,5/1 ARM下降至2.625%。
