在我看来有以下几点:

永远相信自己是世界上最美的;

父母和真正爱你的人绝对认为你很美;

其他人认为你美还是不美不要放在心里;

活在这个世界里，外貌不会决定一切，尽量发展自己其它强项;

自己拥有自嘲的能力以后，就不会再为此问题烦恼了。

最后，看看镜子，对镜子中的她说句:"你真的很美!"
