San Francisco Fed President John Williams: the stock market is running on “fumes.”
但是，他（她）们接着又说：
Yellen and Fischer： capital built up at the nation’s biggest banks ... is now at multidecade highs.
Yellen says another crisis won't happen ‘this lifetime’.
John Williams: "It's something that clearly is a risk to the U.S. economy, some correction there -- it's something we have to be prepared for to respond to if it does happen."
听出来话里有话了吗？俺来翻译一下：目前股市太热了，需要冷却下来。但是如果调整过度（some correction），美联储就会有所反应（be prepared to respond it），绝不会让它成为危机（another crisis won't happen ‘this lifetime’）。
