凤梨酥

One large Pineapple, diced, food processor on “salsa”, 1 1/2 cup sugar, Medium heat, 20~30min, then stir fry 5 min until golden browns.

1/2 cup + 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, 1/4 salt, 3 Tbsp cream cheese, 3 Tbsp whole milk, 2 egg yolks, beat until foamy.  


2 1/4 cup cake flour (low gluten), 3/4 cup cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar.
