Someone else here had already strongly recommended the book by Paul Kalani, When Breath Becomes Air.
My daughter bought me this book when she came home during the summer break.
It was a great read. I do not know none of the literatures that Paul cited, nor I know any of rhe medical term, drugs or procedures, but it does not stop me from turning page over page.
Once a professional has accrued enough credentials and experience, what matters most is how he or she relates to the world, including that of his or hers. Whatever that means.
For parents who are pushinh kids to medicine, I strongly recommend this book if your child has not done so already.
