买了一些麻辣川味炒料,适逢阴凉天气,正派得上用场。。。
大半包麻辣酱料加高汤烧开,放进莲藕,大肠,牛肚,猪红,鱼丸,鱼豆腐,鸡肝,蘑菇,木耳,鲜腐皮汤煮。
加羊肉片川烫。。。
最后放进青江菜
最近吃辣功力有所长进,虽然辣得满身大汗,但没有后遗症了。。。
剩下小半包酱料做一道麻辣猪红。猪血放进滚水里川烫后捞出泡进冰水里洗净切粗块,韭菜切段,辣椒切末。麻辣酱加清水/料酒/酱油烧开,放进猪血/辣椒末烫熟,最后撒上韭菜即可。
