越南河粉家庭版

 

真心谢谢在论坛里发表菜谱的朋友们。这是我照i999的版本做的牛肉河粉，才发现原来牛肉河粉是这么简单。

煮好的河粉放了切碎的香菜，青葱，还有洋葱丝，越南九层塔，和越南刺芫荽（忘拍了），家中没有青柠，没有绿豆芽，就没有放。煮河粉所用的香料只有六种，1tbsp小茴香籽,1tbsp香菜籽，四粒丁香，一个八角，一截桂皮，一个草果。其实超市就有卖料包的，买一个就好。当然还有一个洋葱，一个红葱头，还有一大块生姜，照片忘拍了。
